ADAPTIVE JERSEYS FOR PARA-ATHLETES AND WHEELCHAIR SPORTS
Para-athletes deserve jerseys designed for their specific needs, not generic sportswear that doesn't account for seated positions or prosthetics. Adaptive jersey design is an evolving field that we're proud to support.
WHEELCHAIR SPORTS CONSIDERATIONS
Wheelchair athletes spend the entire match seated. Standard jerseys bunch up at the waist and ride up in the back when seated. Adaptive modifications include a longer back panel, shorter front panel, and wider armholes for unrestricted wheel pushing. The design should look best when the athlete is in their chair, not standing.
INCLUSIVE TEAM DESIGN
When designing for teams with both able-bodied and para-athletes, maintain the same visual design across all jerseys. Only the cut and construction differ — the team identity remains unified.
