JERSEY PRINTING TIMELINE: FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY EXPLAINED
Understanding the jersey production timeline helps you plan better and avoid last-minute stress. Here's exactly what happens each day after you place your order.
DAY 1-2: DESIGN AND MOCKUP
After you share your requirements, our design team creates a digital mockup showing your jersey from all angles with your team name, colors, and customization. You review and request any changes. Quick mockup approvals accelerate the entire timeline.
DAY 3: FINAL APPROVAL AND PRINTING
Once you approve the mockup, the design goes to our production floor. The artwork is printed onto sublimation transfer paper using specialized high-resolution printers. Each jersey's customization (individual names and numbers) is prepared.
DAY 4-5: HEAT PRESSING AND CUTTING
The printed transfer paper is placed on polyester fabric and fed through our heat press at 200°C. The sublimation process permanently bonds the ink with the fabric. After pressing, the printed fabric panels are precision-cut according to the size patterns.
DAY 5-6: STITCHING AND ASSEMBLY
Cut panels are stitched together — front, back, sleeves, collar — using industrial overlock machines. Each jersey is individually assembled to the correct size specifications.
DAY 6-7: QUALITY CHECK AND DISPATCH
Every jersey is inspected for print quality, stitching accuracy, size correctness, and overall finish. Approved jerseys are packed and dispatched via courier with tracking.
DAY 8-10: DELIVERY
Courier delivery takes 1-4 days depending on your location. South India gets delivery fastest (1-2 days), North India takes 3-4 days.
The total is 7-10 working days. Tell us your event date and we'll confirm the timeline.
