Document any issues with photographs immediately upon delivery.

Always approve the digital mockup carefully before printing begins — this is your insurance. Verify all names, numbers, and spellings in writing. Keep records of all communications. Check jerseys immediately upon delivery and report issues within 24-48 hours. Order a sample piece for large orders to verify quality before the full production run.
